Re Coastguard Station Galway.
Sir, The Board have under consideration your letter of the 31st.May and referred to their architect the general subject of the dry earth system of closet accomodation at the Coastguard Stations with a view to economy, cleanliness and sanitary results. I send herewith the architects report on the subject and am to recommend that his suggestions be carried out.
