my grandfather william patten and wife rosina (nee honor) was living in wireless cottage sandybed lane scarborough in 1918 he was coastguard wireless operator sadly i believe sandybed lane has now been redeveloped but if anyone has photos as it was in those early days i would love to see them thanks shirley.
