I understand the Revenue cutter 'The Winder' was based in Waterville and operated by the Butler Family for some time. I have read material relating to the Butlers having confrontations with the well known Smuggler Maurice-Hunting Cap-O'Connell Daniel O'Connells Uncle. Saint Michaels Church of Ireland Heritage Centre plan to do a exhibit on the part of Waterville and Ballinskelligs bay history. Any assistance appreciated.
