Hi, If any of you have Welsh ancestors, Coastguards or otherwise, then it's worth checking the National Library of Wales site http://www.llgc.org.uk where wills up to 1858 are now searchable and readable free of charge online. There are at least 5, maybe 6 coastguards' wills there: Chief Coastguard Francis Reynolds Chief officer coastguard Frederick Augustus Weiss Coastguard Officer Henry Rees Coastguard Israel Abbot Coastguard officer/Gent William Davies William Bourne Gaynor Gaynor
