Sir,

I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 4th.instant transmitting Memorial from William McCann part owner of several small vessels employed in the Coasting trade, stating that one of these vessels was fired on several times by Lieutenant Henry when entering, and in the harbour of Killough, and I beg leave to acquaint you for the information of his Excellency, the Lord Lieutenant that this subject is now under the consideration of the Commissioners of Customs to whom I have submitted your letter and the enclosure.
