| He joined the service in 1823 and was assigned to Five Mile Point. He transferred to Uk where he spent the rest of his life, serving in coastguard stations around the south / south east coast. His ref in ADM files is RG 10/0986/29. He was from Baldoyle and he married a girl from Kinsealy. They are both buried outside Sheerness, Kent. |
