James George Ost ( 1856) was another son of John Ost ( Coastguard) and his wife Elizabeth Browne.
For interest I give these Refs. although I haven't yet got copies. ADM 188/29, ADM196/32 and 34.
Together with the Church, the sea played a great part in the lives of these Ost men ( of Irish descent).....Kilmeny
